Purpose
A built-in stream shelf that maps public identifiers to system names. The
shelf item's keys are the public identifiers, and the item's stream value is
the corresponding system name. The shelf's items are set via the library
rule or the "-library" command-line option. This shelf is used by
OmniMark's built-in entity manager.
An OmniMark program can add to, delete, or modify these values, as needed, with the following restrictions:
external-text-entity rules and an external reference entity is encountered.
external-data-entity or external-text-entity rule.
The default "current-item" is the last item on the shelf, as in programmer-defined shelves.
