        value stream StreamValue
     )

This function sets an element in the data area of the OCI_Array_type variable to the specified stream value. The input stream must contain only textual data with no embedded nulls. The end of the stream or the first detected null byte identifies the stream length. Note that the terminating null value is also written to the array element.

Input arguments:

• Array -- The OCI_Array_type variable to examine or manipulate.
• ElementPos -- The position of the requested element, with zero (0) as the first element.
• StreamValue -- Specified stream value.
